Swamini’s first love is food; hence, she started her career by completing a Bachelor's in Hospitality Studies and working as a chef at ITC Maratha Airport, Mumbai. Through the working hours and hectic environment, she learned to be on her toes and work hard while being humble to the guests. Later, due to COVID, she had to switch her job and explore a career as an HR recruiter at a media production company. After trying out various fields, her interest lay in digital marketing. She started working with The Catalyst Agency and has been working with various homegrown and luxury brands across India.
