Panel moderated by Aparrna Gupta
Lakmē Salon and JeuDerm unveiled K-ssence, a portfolio of Korean professional skincare services created for Indian consumers, at a launch event in Mumbai. Lavenderoom founder Aparrna Gupta moderated the evening’s thought-leadership panel, featuring Vipul Chaturvedi (CEO, Lakmē Salon), Tatyana Jeon (CEO, JeuDerm), Sharmila Shetty (NCD – Skin, Lakmē Salon) and Gisselle Ames (Global Brand Ambassador, JeuDerm).

The conversation traced the journey from K-beauty trends to professional Korean skincare, the rise of skin longevity as a consumer priority, and why therapist training and treatment protocols matter as much as the products themselves.

The K-ssence portfolio includes peptide-based therapies, professional chemical peels, non-invasive collagen fillers and targeted skin solutions, all delivered by certified therapists. Its newest addition, K-ssence Lift Intense, pairs FD-Fibre technology with peptides, collagen and hyaluronic acid to address fine lines, dehydration and loss of firmness.

With over 500 salons across 220 cities, Lakmē Salon is building one of India’s largest networks of Korean-skincare-trained therapists, taking advanced professional skincare well beyond the metros.
